Our Approach

  • We approach every assignment with a sense of freshness.
  • We will draw inspiration from what we have done before — but we will never make a carbon copy of it.
  • During implementation we are ready to modify the programme, to change it, or even to cancel it, should it best serve the stated purpose.
  • Our approach will always put the emphasis on usefulness to programme participants.

And what can't be said

  • That we have fixed-format, structured catalogues of our programme portfolio.
  • That the programmes we offer are assigned to our people based on hierarchy.
  • That if we do implement two 'identical' programmes, they will be identical.
  • That if you come to our seminar we will only sing your praises.
  • That we avoid questions that challenge the status quo.

Our Approach

  • Our organisational structure resembles pasta. We all have access to all our resources, and we can all (get agreement to) use them to “make our own pasta”.
  • We have no Executive Director — i.e. nobody who sits in the office and runs the company. Our staff take the reigns of power into their own hands as and when required.
  • We have breathing space for every idea, every project. You have to make your case — but it is ok to do anything that goes in the same direction as the good ship TEAM.CZ.

And what can't be said

  • That we have fixed budgets and target numbers, with expected “sales”.
  • That we regularly evaluate our sales staff performance. (By the way - we don't have any sales staff).
  • That we keep our eyes on the competition and try to copy everything they do just in time, to make us competitive in the eyes of our clients.
  • That we only accept commissions which are to our advantage.
