His mentoring is based on experiences gained in dozens of projects, hundreds of meetings with a wide spectrum of people and personal life. The key tool applied in his activities concerns critical reflective practical experience.

In the aforementioned roles he has been engaged in long term cooperation with Komerční banka, Deloitte, Arcelor Mittal, Ness, Hewlett Packard, Raiffaissenbank, GE Money, Česká Spořitelna, HVB Bank, Allianz, Teléfonica O2, T-Mobile, Vodafone, ČEZ, Barrandov Studios, Czech Armed forces HQ, Czech Police and many others.

As a Facilitator he has been active inter alia in projects for the World Bank, USAID, British Overseas Development Agency (ODA) in India, Kenya, Lithuania, Morocco and Russia.
