At present Pavel co-operates with TEAM.CZ as an senior consultant, lecturer and coach.
He is primarily engaged in people development activities such as management skills, development of teams and their management and leadership training. He particularly focuses on the programmes based on the experiential learning and business simulation. He is a co-author of a methodology and leading lecturer of the experiential development programme, SIMULATOR. He has been working within this field since 2001.
As a lecturer and consultant he has managed or participated in the management of the long-term development programmes for the following companies: GE Money Bank a.s., Česká Pojišťovna a.s., ČEZ Group, ČSOB a.s., ČSOB leasing a.s., PPF, Letiště Praha a.s., ArcelorMittal Ostrava a.s., Siemens s.r.o., T-Mobile, Vodafone and many others.
Pavel is certified to use the Belbin Interplace diagnostic tools (BELBIN® Team Role Accreditation, Belbin Associates (UK)). He passed the course "Leadership Coaching" (Performance Consultants Ltd. - Sir John Whitmore) and the two-year self-experiential training "Gestalt in work-related and personal context".
He graduated from the Czech Technical University, Faculty of Civil Engineering, Prague. His previous work experience covers managing teams, projects and executive management of a company. His working language is Czech and he can communicate in English.
In his spare time you may meet him in the mountains, on the golf course or geocaching.
