This period was typified by focusing on qualitative improvement, especially in experiential learning and personal development. We broadened out people & team development to include psychodiagnostic testing from Hogan Assessments. In 2008 we grew to include 4 tutors and facilitators. At the same time we broadened our scope and knowhow to include intercultural relations courses.
The company Team Technologies, spol. s r. o. moves forward under a new name, TEAM.CZ, s.r.o. In the same year the company became a representative of Eagle’s Flight with facilitators trained and certified to deliver experiential learning programmes.

Team Technologies, spol. s r. o. forms partnerships with other training companies abroad, as their Czech representative. The focus is on people management and development (Lockwood Leadership International), project and quality management (SixSigma). Education & training is expanded to include outdoor programmes, and the design and running of company conferences. To ensure independence in project management consultancy the company hands-over representation of Primavera, Inc. products. The period is marked by growing numbers of consultants and tutors, services and products.
Team Technologies, spol. s r. o. reverts to being fully owned by Team Technologies, Inc. The focus is on education & training in leading and managing people, managing projects, and facilitating strategy meetings. Furthermore, the company begins developing software for project scoping (TeamUP). The Czech team members participate in international projects for World Bank, USAID, etc. Long-term partnerships with private companies are formed and the scope of organisational development activities expands to include the private sector — in contrast with the cardinal mission of Team Technologies, Inc. The Primavera planning systems gain primacy among the professional systems used in Czechia and Slovakia.

Team Technologies, spol. s r. o. becomes part of the TEG publicly traded company. The portfolio of leadership and people management course widens, operations now include facilitating strategic framework meetings and facilitating meetings around zoning and development planning at municipal, and regional level, with the broad participation of interest groups.
Team Technologies, spol. s r. o. is founded as the local representative company. The focus is primarily on software development for project scoping ("PC Logframe") and preparing for the privatisation and project preparation thereto for hitherto state-owned. A part of this process are fledgling training events geared at leading and managing people and teams. The company becomes a representative of Primavera Systems, Inc. to sell network analysis planning systems and offer follow-up training.

The owner of Team Technologies, Inc., Mr Moses Thompson leads the first seminars and presents his company while prospecting for business opportunities, looking to foster the development of a market economy in Czechoslovakia. The first team members come aboard. They are trained and involved in supporting software development, and in running training courses.
